Luce is an establishment at which a talented, passionate staff collaborates to make every guest’s experience highly memorable. While Chef Daniel's menu is highly inspired by seasonal and local ingredients, the cuisine is globally influenced.
We proudly feature a 350-label collection of wines from both the New and Old World, with emphasis on California and Italy. Sommelier John Wight is continuously reworking the list to echo the spontaneous and seasonal tones of Chef Daniel's cuisine. The versatility and depth of John's list has been recognized by Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence" for three consecutive years since 2010.
Luce is a proud member of the Green Restaurant Association since 2012. The GRA is a national non-profit organization that provides a convenient and cost-effective way for restaurants, manufacturers, distributors, and consumers to become more environmentally responsible.
